What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sales Customer Service Product Specialist position at Brian Bemis Toyota of DeKalb?
- Meet with guests and advise/educate them through the vehicle purchasing process.
- Personalize every interaction with guests whether they are, internet leads, referrals, return guests, or walk-ins.
- Serve as an educated guide by staying informed of new products, features, and accessories as well as their benefit to guests.
- Successfully set up and deliver vehicles after the purchase process is complete.
- Assist in troubleshooting vehicle technology features and setting up Toyota Connected Services.
- Continuous education on all new products, features and accessories with Toyota, TCUV and pre-owned vehicles. Attend product and training courses.
- Duties as become assigned by Team Leaders.
Basic Qualifications:
- Must be at last 18 years of age with a valid driver’s license to operate a motor vehicle
- Ability and desire to create a world-class guest experience in every interaction.
- Ambition and drive to accomplish individual goals and excellent level of service.
