What You’ll Do
Duties
As an Auto Detailer, you will be responsible for preparing new, used, and customer vehicles for delivery and display. Your duties will include:
- Thoroughly clean, wash, wax, and detail vehicle exteriors
- Vacuum, shampoo, and clean vehicle interiors, including carpets, seats, dashboards, and windows
- Apply protectants, dressings, and finishing products to maintain vehicle appearance
- Inspect vehicles for cleanliness and quality before delivery
- Prepare sold vehicles for customer delivery
- Maintain the appearance of showroom vehicles and dealership inventory
- Move, park, and organize vehicles on dealership property
- Assist with lot maintenance and cleanliness as needed
- Safely operate detailing equipment, buffers, vacuums, pressure washers, and cleaning tools
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all dealership safety procedures and manufacturer standards
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and lift up to 50 pounds throughout the day
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Previous detailing or automotive experience is preferred but not required—we are willing to train the right candidate
