Key Responsibilities

• Lead all mechanical construction operations for a large hyperscale data center project.
• Manage project teams including Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, Project Engineers, Superintendents, and field personnel.
• Oversee project financial performance, scheduling, procurement, forecasting, and risk management.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, general contractors, design teams, and trade partners.
• Drive safety, quality, and productivity initiatives throughout all phases of construction.
• Ensure successful execution of HVAC, plumbing, piping, and mission-critical mechanical systems.
• Coordinate closely with executive leadership to achieve project and organizational objectives.

Qualifications

• 10 years of mechanical construction experience.
• Proven experience managing large-scale mission-critical, data center, industrial, or complex commercial projects.
• Strong background in HVAC, plumbing, piping, and mechanical systems installation.
• Demonstrated success leading large project teams and managing significant project budgets.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and client-facing skills.
• Experience with hyperscale data center construction is strongly preferred.
