Hiring: Varicent Developer – Incentive Compensation
Locations (Hybrid – 3 Days/Week In-Office):
- Charlotte, NC (CIC or Brevard location)
- Minneapolis, MN (550 S 4th St)
- Position Type: Contract W2 Only (No Sponsorship required)
Work Environment
- Hybrid: 3 days/week on-site required in Charlotte, NC or Minneapolis, MN.
Required Qualifications
- 5 years of hands-on Varicent development and configuration experience (specifically supporting Incentive Compensation Management / ICM).
- 5 years of SQL experience (data querying, management, and reporting).
- 5 years of full SDLC and technical design experience on enterprise applications.
- Hands-on Python scripting skills for process automation, integrations, and data transformations.
- Proven background across core Varicent capabilities: Data Imports, Calculations, Reporting, Workflows, and Scheduler/Job Management.
- Strong troubleshooting skills for resolving data, calculation, and reporting discrepancies.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Banking, Financial Services, Insurance (BFSI), or other highly regulated environments with strict audit and control standards (Note: Banking experience is a plus, but secondary to strong Varicent expertise).
- Experience supporting large-scale, complex compensation structures across multiple lines of business.
- Familiarity with compensation validation, reconciliation, and audit support processes.
