The Role:
This is not a traditional outreach or events role.
The Community Ambassador in New Mexico is responsible for accelerating our growth by deepening relationships, expanding reach, and strengthening trust across the communities we serve.
You are the face of our brand in the community—helping ensure that as we grow, we do it in a way that stays true to who we are.
Success in this role means:
- Building new relationships while strengthening existing ones
- Creating consistent, values-driven interactions that build credibility over time
- Helping establish our reputation as a firm that is truly “built differently”
- Flexibility and Availability – This is not a 9 – 5 job. Evenings and weekend engagements are the key to success and are required regularly
- The ability to manage and properly allocate your budget to maximize and optimize community engagement and referrals.

1. Relationship Building & Community Presence
- Establish and grow meaningful relationships across New Mexico communities
- Engage with local businesses, organizations, and community leaders consistently
- Become a recognizable, trusted presence over time
2. Events & Experiences That Reflect Our Brand
- Execute community events that introduce and reinforce who we are
- Ensure every interaction reflects connection, appreciation, and impact
- Create experiences that move people from awareness → trust → advocacy
3. Brand Representation & Storytelling
- Represent HWLT with professionalism, empathy, and energy in every interaction
- Capture and share stories that highlight our growing impact in New Mexico
- Partner with marketing to amplify awareness and engagement
4. Strategic Partnerships & Growth
- Develop partnerships that create long-term value and referral opportunities
- Expand our presence within key community segments and industries
- Contribute directly to intake growth and ROI
5. Operational Excellence & Accountability
- Track event performance, expenses, and outcomes with a focus on efficiency
- Align efforts with key marketing KPIs: ROI, Intake Volume, Lives Changed
- Continuously refine approach based on performance and market feedback

- Strong understanding of New Mexico communities and networks preferred
