Responsibilities
- Assist bartenders by restocking supplies, garnishes, glassware, and beverages swiftly to keep service seamless
- Prepare and serve beverages with precision, following recipes and safety standards to ensure quality and consistency
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including cleaning glasses, utensils, counters, and equipment regularly
- Bus tables efficiently by clearing used dishes and ensuring guest areas are tidy and welcoming
- Operate POS system Toast.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests warmly, taking orders politely, and addressing inquiries professionally
Requirements
- Previous experience in food service, restaurant work, or hospitality environments is highly preferred
- Knowledge of food handling safety standards and proper sanitation practices
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with team members and guests
- Ability to perform cleaning duties diligently and maintain a high level of hygiene at all times
- Be able to lift full sized kegs ~150lbs
- Bartender require at least 2 full years bartending experience, Barback should have some restaurant experience.
- Over 21 years of age.
- As a bartender, be fluent in classic cocktails and jiggering.
We are looking for both a Bartender and a Barback, Weekend availability required.(Friday/Sat/Sunday)
Pay is 18.31 Tips.
Pay: From $18.31 per hour
Expected hours: 16.0 – 30.0 per week
