What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bar Prep position at Brewsters Beer Garden?
Job Summary
The position is typically 9-5 hourly, and often time self directed. You will be in charge of maintaining pars, juicing, cutting garnishes, batching, dehydrating and making syrups.
Requirements
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality environments preferred; experience in pastry or food prep a plus.
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food handling safety protocols.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks such as cleaning, cutting, organizing, and putting away heavy things (25lbs)
- Experience working in restaurants, hotels, or the food industry is highly desirable.
- Excellent opportunity for someone who is able to be self directed. Hours in and out are flexible on right candidate.
Pay: $22.50 - $25.00 per hour
