Safety Coordinator

Position Purpose

Perform all corrective and preventive maintenance duties as assigned. Insure licensed areas meet all KSFMO and state life safety codes and expand these checks across the entire campus to insure a safe environment for all residents and staff.

Key Responsibilities/Duties

Perform routine scheduled and unscheduled maintenance and repair on the facility and equipment to include carpentry, mechanical, refrigeration, plumbing, drywall work, etc. as directed by supervisor

Life Safety Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual Checks

OSHA compliance across campus

SDS compliance across campus

Safety committee and follow up
