Position Purpose |
|
Perform all corrective and preventive maintenance duties as assigned. Insure licensed areas meet all KSFMO and state life safety codes and expand these checks across the entire campus to insure a safe environment for all residents and staff. |

Key Responsibilities/Duties |
|
Perform routine scheduled and unscheduled maintenance and repair on the facility and equipment to include carpentry, mechanical, refrigeration, plumbing, drywall work, etc. as directed by supervisor |
|
Life Safety Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual Checks |
|
OSHA compliance across campus |
|
SDS compliance across campus |
|
Safety committee and follow up |
