What You’ll Do
- Advise on entity structuring and tax strategy, often in collaboration with legal partners
- Conduct in-depth tax research and provide actionable recommendations
- Manage and support tax compliance efforts (primarily seasonal)
- Assess general ledger accuracy, completeness, and account integrity
- Perform reconciliations (bank, credit card, and other key accounts) as needed
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex accounting and transactional issues proactively
- Build and maintain strong client, vendor, and stakeholder relationships
- Contribute to financial reporting and occasional cross-functional or operational projects
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 5–7 years of experience in tax, accounting, or a related advisory role
- Strong foundation in tax management and general ledger accounting
- Experience with tax compliance, transactional accounting, and account analysis (preferred)
- Professional presence with excellent communication and client-facing skills
- Highly organized with strong follow-through and attention to deadlines
- Ability to independently research, analyze, and present findings clearly
- Comfort working with stakeholders at all levels, including executive leadership
- Commitment to high-quality client service and continuous learning

Salary : $120,000 - $160,000
