We’re partnering with a privately held industrial services company (~$100M revenue) that is actively scaling through acquisitions and operational expansion. This is a highly visible Accounting Manager role reporting directly to the CFO, with the opportunity to help shape the accounting function during a critical growth phase.
This role sits at the intersection of accounting and operations, giving you direct exposure to how financial performance drives business decisions across multiple entities. This position sits hybrid, 3x/ week onsite.
What You’ll Own
- Lead the full-cycle month-end close process across multiple business units, driving both accuracy and efficiency
- Review and approve journal entries, reconciliations, and financial adjustments with a strong focus on balance sheet integrity
- Deliver timely, decision-ready financial reporting packages for executive leadership
- Analyze P&Ls, cost-to-operate metrics, and variance trends against budget and prior periods
- Own cost and inventory accounting processes, ensuring accurate tracking of materials, usage, and margin drivers
- Partner cross-functionally with operations to validate financial results and improve forecasting accuracy
