Job Summary
Brew & Sip Express is seeking a friendly, dependable, and customer-focused Coffee Shop Associate to support daily café operations and provide a welcoming experience for guests. This role assists with customer service, order taking, coffee and beverage preparation, food service, cleanliness, restocking, and teamwork throughout the coffee shop.
Responsibilities
- Welcome customers warmly and provide friendly, professional service.
- Take customer orders accurately and process transactions as needed.
- Assist with preparing and serving coffee, tea, specialty beverages, and café menu items.
- Follow established procedures for beverage preparation, presentation, and service.
- Assist with preparing, packaging, and serving food items.
- Ensure customer orders are accurate, complete, and served promptly.
- Answer customer questions about beverages, food items, ingredients, and menu options.
- Operate the point-of-sale system and process cash and card payments accurately.
- Maintain clean and organized counters, tables, service stations, and work areas.
- Clear tables and help maintain a neat and welcoming customer environment.
- Restock coffee, beverages, food items, cups, lids, napkins, utensils, and other café supplies.
- Assist with opening, closing, cleaning, and general coffee shop duties.
- Follow food handling, sanitation, cleanliness, and workplace safety procedures.
- Communicate customer requests, supply needs, and service concerns to supervisors.
- Help maintain consistent beverage quality, food presentation, and order accuracy.
- Support coworkers during busy service periods and help maintain efficient café operations.
- Handle coffee equipment, ingredients, and supplies carefully and safely.
- Perform other coffee shop service and customer support duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Previous coffee shop, café, restaurant, food service, or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude.

About Brew & Sip Express

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
