About the role:
We are seeking a strategic and delivery-focused Head of PMO (title TBC) to lead and evolve our Project Management Office. You will oversee a team of ~6 experienced Program, Project, and Change Managers and act as the enterprise owner of delivery excellence across technology and business-led transformation.
This is a pivotal leadership role designed to enable strategic portfolio governance, cross-functional execution, and investment accountability across the enterprise.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Portfolio Leadership
- Own and evolve the enterprise PMO framework, aligning with business priorities, innovation, and transformation goals.
- Lead portfolio prioritization and investment alignment across major technology programs, including:
-Connected products & mobile apps
-ERP and finance system transformation
-Digital commerce, supply chain/logistics
-Data platforms and cross-functional enterprise initiatives
-Governance, Planning & Value Realization - Chair the enterprise stage-gate investment governance process, ensuring rigorous business case, ROI analysis, and delivery readiness.
- Maintain a master view of roadmap interdependencies and delivery risk across all portfolios.
Ensure integrated planning, quarterly re-forecasting, and budget management across programs.
PMO Operations & Team Leadership - Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing team of Program, Project and Change Managers.
Embed consistent tools, templates, and standards for program delivery, reporting, and change management. - Drive capability uplift through coaching, PMO tooling enhancement (e.g., PPM, Jira, Power BI), and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Stakeholder Engagement & Change Enablement
- Act as the senior delivery interface to C-suite leaders, product, engineering, finance, and operations.
- Guide change planning and communications for cross-functional programs, ensuring front-line readiness and adoption.
- Navigate priorities across digital, business and operations teams to resolve conflicts and unlock value.
