- High School diploma or equivalent or special diploma.
- Two (2) years of progressively responsible work experience in a claim’s management environment or insurance, legal, risk management or a federal grant project. PREFERRED/DESIRED:
- AA/AS Degree from an accredited college or university in insurance, business, legal or similar discipline. (Successful completion of 48 credit hours in an accredited college or university in insurance, legal, or risk manage may substitute for one (1) year of the two (2) required years of experience with the recommendation of the Department Head and the concurrence of Human Resources Management.)
