Role Description
We are seeking a Recreation Vehicle Service Technician for a full-time, on-site role based in Butte, MT. Responsibilities include performing diagnostic evaluations, repairs, and maintenance on recreational vehicles. This role also involves carpentry, plumbing, and troubleshooting. Technicians are expected to deliver high-quality service with attention to detail, ensuring customer satisfaction and compliance with industry standards.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Carpentry and Plumbing to perform repairs and installations on RV structures and systems
- Experience in Maintenance & Repair with a focus on diagnosing and fixing mechanical and technical issues
- Strong Troubleshooting skills to efficiently identify and resolve complex problems
- Excellent Communication skills to collaborate with team members and effectively interact with customers
- Ability to work independently, with attention to detail and a commitment to safety and quality
- Previous experience in the RV industry or similar technical fields is a plus
- Relevant certifications or training in skilled trades, maintenance, or a related field are advantageous
