Registered Nurse, Critical Care

About the Role

As an ICU RN, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, compassionate care to critically ill patients. You will conduct thorough assessments, develop individualized care plans, and collaborate closely with patients, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members. Your clinical expertise and sound judgment will help ensure the best outcomes for those you serve.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide safe, evidence-based direct patient care in the ICU
• Complete comprehensive and timely patient assessments and reassessments
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
• Monitor patient conditions and respond promptly to changes
• Administer medications, evaluate patient responses, and document all care accurately
• Maintain and update patient records, including test results and clinical evaluations

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Active RN license
• ICU experience preferred but not required
