A reputable healthcare system in southern New Hampshire is seeking a Registered Nurse to join its outpatient Behavioral Health team. In this role, you will support psychiatrists, therapists, and clinical staff in providing safe, efficient, and patient-centered care to individuals with a wide range of behavioral health needs. Key Responsibilities
- Assist providers with intake assessments, vital signs, medication histories, and ongoing clinical monitoring.
- Support medication management visits, including preparing patients, coordinating refills, and assisting with prior authorizations within scope.
- Provide patient education on medication adherence, side effects, and wellness strategies.
- Triage patient phone calls, messages, and walk-in concerns.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with privacy and regulatory standards.
- Support clinic flow by scheduling follow-up visits, managing patient communication, and helping maintain a calm, welcoming environment.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Active RN license
- Prior behavioral health experience is highly preferred
