Requirements
- Must have or be willing to obtain Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses

- Generate quotes, present coverage options, and secure new policies
- Identify and connect with potential clients through networking, referrals, and agency-provided leads
- Build and maintain lasting client relationships through exceptional service
- Learn sales strategies and product knowledge directly from experienced agents
- Participate in training programs to prepare for licensing and long-term agency growth
