Responsibilities- Perform routine landscape maintenance, including mowing, pruning, string trimming, and deadheading
- Care for trees and shrubs to ensure healthy growth and appearance
- Collect and remove debris from job sites to maintain a clean and safe environment
- Apply mulch and assist with seasonal tasks such as spring and fall cleanups
- Operate trucks, trailers, lawn mowers, skid loaders, tractors, and snow removal equipment (training provided as needed)
- Work collaboratively with a team of 2-3 professionals to complete projects efficiently and to high standards
- Deliver excellent customer service and uphold company quality standards on every job
- Valid driver’s license
- Comfortable driving trucks and trailers
- Experience with ride-on or zero-turn mowers is helpful
- Basic knowledge of plant identification and care is a plus
- Prior landscape maintenance experience preferred, but not required
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Willingness to learn and operate a variety of landscaping equipment
