Divisions We're Hiring For:
- Landscape Gardening: Routine maintenance, including pruning and weeding; seasonal cleanups; identify and report plant health concerns; operate and maintain landscaping tools and equipment
- Active early spring-late fall, with opportunity for snow removal in the winter months
- Landscape Installation: Install trees, shrubs, perennials & annuals, ornamental grasses and sod; assist with grading, soil preparation, and drainage solutions; low-voltage lighting and sound
- Active early spring-late fall, potential for snow removal and other winter work
- Hardscaping and Landscape Construction: Assist with installation of patios, walkways, pavers, and retaining walls; support site preparation, layout, and material handling; work alongside foremen and crew members to complete quality hardscape projects
- Opportunity to work on projects year-round and to assist with winter snow removal
- Turf (Mowing): Perform turf maintenance, including mowing, trimming, and edging; assist with fertilization applications and turf treatments; monitor turf health and report issues to supervisors
- Active early spring-late fall, with opportunity for snow removal in the winter months
General Responsibilities (All Divisions)
- Follow all safety procedures, policies, and best practices
- Work efficiently as part of a crew to meet production goals
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide excellent service, maintaining professionalism
- Lead, coach and develop your crew
- Time & material tracking
Qualifications:
- Experience leading a landscaping crew of 2-3 people
- Must have a valid Wisconsin driver's license and be insurable under our company's policy - CDL a plus
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality service
- Physical ability to perform tasks such as standing, lifting, walking, and working outdoors in various weather conditions for extended periods of time
Salary : $24 - $28
