Role Description

Breslin Realty Development Corp. is seeking a full-time Retail Real Estate Salesperson to join our team on-site in Garden City, NY. In this role, you will be responsible for connecting retailers with suitable commercial properties, negotiating lease agreements, and managing client relationships. Day-to-day tasks include prospecting clients, providing exceptional customer service, evaluating real estate market trends, maintaining thorough property knowledge, and ensuring smooth transactions between landlords and tenants.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Customer Service, fostering positive client relationships and effective communication
• A valid Real Estate License and knowledge of Real Property transactions and regulations
• Experience in Real Estate and Sales, including identifying leasing opportunities and closing deals
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and organizational abilities
• Familiarity with the retail real estate market and trends in commercial property leasing
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
