Foreman. Under the direction of the Town Administrator, the Foreman will be responsible for
overseeing and supervising various public works staff and activities, including road maintenance,
infrastructure repair, and other municipal services. The ideal candidate will have experience in
construction, public works projects, and team leadership.

- Supervise and coordinate the activities of public works crews involved in road repair,
other municipal services.
- Ensure all work is performed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with regulations and

- Provide direction, training, and motivation to crew members, including scheduling and work
- Maintain records of work performed, materials used, and hours worked.
- Monitor inventory of supplies and equipment, making recommendations for procurement and

- Assist in emergency response activities, such as snow removal or disaster recovery efforts.
- Collaborate with other departments and external agencies as needed for project completion.

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in public works, construction, or related field, with at least 2

- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; CDL a plus, but not required.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions and perform physical labor when necessary.
