Roofing Foreman
We are seeking an experienced Roofing Foreman to lead roofing crews and oversee daily job site operations. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, commercial roofing experience, and expertise in TPO roofing, metal roofing systems, and metal fabrication. This position requires a commitment to safety, quality workmanship, and meeting project deadlines.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead roofing crews
- Coordinate daily work activities and job site operations
- Oversee installation of TPO, metal, and other commercial roofing systems
- Perform and supervise metal fabrication, including flashing, trim, coping, and custom sheet metal work
- Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and to quality standards
- Train crew members and enforce safety procedures
- Communicate with project managers, customers, and subcontractors
- Inspect completed work and resolve job site issues
Requirements:
- 3 years of roofing experience with foreman or leadership experience preferred
- Proven experience with TPO roofing, metal roofing, and sheet metal fabrication
- Ability to fabricate and install flashing, trim, coping, and other custom metal components
- Ability to read plans, specifications, and shop drawings
- Strong knowledge of roofing safety practices
- Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions
- Valid driver's license
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
