Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, quality care to our residents
- Administer medications according to physician orders and facility policies
- Observe residents for changes in condition and report concerns promptly
- Complete accurate and timely medication documentation
- Assist residents with activities of daily living as needed
- Promote resident safety, dignity, comfort, and quality of life
- Communicate effectively with nurses, CNAs, physicians, families, and the interdisciplinary team
- Follow facility policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized medication area
