This is a full-time hybrid role for an Associate Attorney based in Raleigh, NC, with flexibility for remote work. The Associate Attorney will focus on legal research, drafting legal documents, providing legal advice, and representing clients in court. The role includes managing cases related to labor and employment law, personal injury, and related legal disputes. Additionally, the attorney will engage in client communication, negotiation, and advocacy to achieve favorable outcomes.
- Proficiency in Law, with a strong understanding of Labor and Employment Law
- Experience in providing sound Legal Advice and counsel to clients
- Strong Research skills to analyze legal issues and prepare cases
- Effective Negotiation skills to achieve favorable resolutions in client cases
- Active license to practice law in North Carolina
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
