Brennan Behavior Group has immediate full-time and part-time opportunities for experienced ABA Line Technicians to join our behavioral intervention team of BCBAs, Clinical Psychologists and Social Workers.
Job Description:
As an ABA Behavior Technician / Line Technician, you'll gain valuable experience providing ABA services to children and adolescents. While this is an entry-level position, there’s room for growth and advancement at Brennan Behavior Group.
You'll work alongside a highly trained team delivering Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)-based therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and related disabilities. As a Behavior Technician, you’ll implement individualized behavioral programming in the clinic setting.
You’ll teach essential skills such as communication, socialization, and daily living routines. You'll also help manage challenging behaviors by creating fun, motivating experiences that encourage each child’s best performance. Additional responsibilities include data collection and entry into an online tracking system, as well as supporting parents, teachers, and caregivers.

Qualifications:
- Please note in your application if you are currently registered as a Registered Line Technician with the Louisiana Behavior Analyst Board
- Previous experience with autism/ABA is helpful
- Strong verbal communication skills (speaking and listening)
- Strong interpersonal skills
- No past criminal history
- Reliable transportation
- A genuine passion for working with children with special needs
- Must be able to sit on the floor for extended periods
- Must be able to be on your feet for extended periods
- Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds when needed
- Must be able to react quickly in various situations
- Stay within 5 feet of the client at all times, including during elopement incidents
- Actively engage in games and activities that support clients' functional goals
- Effectively implement interventions to prevent, reduce, and/or deescalate challenging behaviors
Education:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred, but not required
