Duties

- Build and maintain strong relationships with participants, families, community partners, and stakeholders to promote collaboration and program success.
- Manage program budgets, monitor expenditures, and ensure efficient use of resources while maintaining fiscal responsibility.
- Oversee administrative tasks such as documentation, reporting, scheduling, and maintaining accurate participant records.
- Evaluate program effectiveness through data collection and feedback mechanisms; implement improvements to enhance outcomes.
