Breezy Point Resort has a rare opening in our Building Maintenance Department. This position is a full-time, year round position with excellent benefits including medical, dental, vision, and paid time off. We also offer great resort discounts!
Duties Include
- General knowledge of building maintenance is helpful but not required.
- Evaluate, repair, and maintain plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems in the buildings.
- Receive and respond to reports of maintenance issues on the premises.
- Maintain corporate safety procedures at all times and comply with control regulations.
- Communicate with facilities management about any repairs that are needed.
- Handyman experience is very helpful.
- Ability to operate power and hand tools.
- Troubleshoot and perform repairs to equipment.
- Must have a valid drivers license.
- CPO certified is very helpful but not required.
- This position requires passing a background screening.
