Founding Growth Lead

We're looking for our Founding Growth Lead to build Breeze's growth engine from the ground up.

This is one of the most impactful roles at Breeze. You'll define how we tell our story, launch products, build our brand, and become one of the most recognized companies in fintech.

This isn't a traditional marketing role. We aren't looking for someone to manage agencies, optimize paid advertising, or execute a pre-defined marketing playbook.

We're looking for a builder.

Someone who thinks like a founder. Someone who understands that great companies win because they build incredible products and world-class distribution. Someone who knows how to create momentum, generate conversation, and build a brand that people naturally want to follow.

You'll own everything from content strategy and storytelling to product launches, community, partnerships, founder branding, social media, and growth experimentation. One week you may be launching a new product campaign. The next you might be building an AI-powered content engine, partnering with creators, or testing entirely new distribution channels.

What You'll Do

• Build Breeze's growth and marketing function from the ground up.
• Develop creative growth strategies that increase awareness, engagement, customer acquisition, and product adoption.
• Define and evolve Breeze's positioning, messaging, and overall brand narrative.
• Own our content strategy across LinkedIn, X, YouTube, newsletters, blogs, podcasts, events, and emerging platforms.
• Create content that educates, builds trust, and earns attention organically.
• Partner closely with Product and leadership to launch new products and features that generate excitement and conversation.
• Build repeatable growth loops through content, community, referrals, partnerships, creators, and product-led initiatives.
• Develop founder and executive thought leadership alongside the leadership team.
• Build relationships with creators, influencers, customers, strategic partners, and media.
• Run rapid growth experiments across acquisition, activation, retention, referrals, and virality.
• Leverage AI and automation to dramatically increase the speed, quality, and scale of content production.
• Analyze performance across channels and continuously iterate based on data and customer insights.
• Stay ahead of emerging trends in AI, fintech, payments, crypto, and consumer technology.
• Help recruit and build Breeze's future growth team as the company scales.

What We're Looking For

• 5 years of experience in growth, brand, content, product marketing, or a related function at a high-growth technology company.
• You've built growth from zero before. Whether you were the first marketing hire or joined shortly after, you've created systems, content, campaigns, and distribution from a blank slate rather than inheriting an established function.
• You're energized by ambiguity and building from first principles. You'd rather create the playbook than inherit one.
• Exceptional storytelling skills with a strong understanding of how to simplify complex ideas into compelling content.
• Deep understanding of modern content distribution, internet culture, and social platforms.
• Proven experience launching campaigns or products that generated meaningful organic reach and customer engagement.
• Strong product intuition with an understanding of how product, storytelling, and distribution work together.
• Experience using AI to create, automate, and scale content and marketing workflows.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience measuring experiments and making data-informed decisions.
• Comfortable working directly with founders and executives in a fast-moving environment.
• Entrepreneurial, highly curious, and willing to own whatever it takes to drive growth.

Ideal Experience
