At Breeze Thru Car Wash, we’re a developmental company that happens to wash cars. As a Customer Service Attendant, you’ll be part of a team focused on delivering a convenient, consistent, and friendly experience every day.

This is an active, hands-on role where your energy, professionalism, and friendliness directly shape the customer experience.

What You’ll Do

• Greet every customer with eye contact and a smile
• Help customers understand and maximize the value of our Unlimited Wash Pass
• Support site operations through safety checks, equipment monitoring, and basic preventative maintenance
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming site environment
• Stay engaged and contribute to a fast-paced, team-oriented shift
• Participate in training, coaching, and continuous development opportunities

• Competitive pay: $19.00–$29.69/hr
  Starting pay is based on relevant experience, professionalism, and friendliness. Candidates who demonstrate exceptional alignment with our Professional and Friendly values throughout the hiring process may be eligible for an additional $1.00/hour in starting pay. Additional pay increases are available within the first year through performance and development milestones.

Physical Realities of the Job

(We believe in being upfront.)

This is a highly active, outdoor role. You will:

• Stand for most of your shift (up to 98%)
• Work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Bend, walk, and occasionally lift 15–50 lbs
• Work near moving equipment in a loud environment
