At Breeze Thru Car Wash, we’re a developmental company that happens to wash cars. As an Assistant Manager, you’ll help lead daily operations, support team development, and create a consistent, high-quality customer experience.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys coaching people, solving problems, staying active, and leading by example in a fast-paced outdoor environment.
What You’ll Do
- Lead day-to-day site operations alongside the Site Manager
- Support, coach, and develop Customer Service Attendants through training and feedback
- Help create a positive, accountable, and team-oriented work environment
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and confidently
- Adjust staffing priorities throughout the day based on business needs
- Monitor site cleanliness, safety, and operational consistency
- Perform preventative maintenance and assist with equipment troubleshooting
- Step into Customer Service Attendant responsibilities as needed
- Participate in leadership meetings, training, and continuous development opportunities

Competitive pay: $21.00–$32.81/hr
Starting pay is based on values alignments (Professional and Friendly), leadership experience, technical ability, and overall fit for the role. Two pay increases are available within the first year through performance and development milestones.

Physical Realities of the Job
(We believe in being upfront.)
This is a highly active, outdoor leadership role. You will:
- Stand for most of your shift
- Work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Bend, walk, climb, and occasionally lift 15–50 lbs
- Work near moving equipment in a loud environment
- Perform hands-on operational and maintenance-related tasks
- Occasionally work at heights or around mechanical systems
