We're looking for a part-time Property Management Assistant to help keep things running smoothly for a small portfolio of rental properties. No property management experience is required. If you're familiar with bookkeeping, bills, and basic office work, we can teach you the rest.
What You'll Do
- On-site each Monday from 8 AM to 12 PM for paperwork and administrative work
- Light bookkeeping in QuickBooks and Excel
- Track payments and tenant ledger items
- Pay bills, manage utilities, and keep accounts organized
- Monitor the property management phone and email during the week for maintenance requests
- Route maintenance issues to the correct contractor or team member
- Communicate with tenants in a professional, clear manner
- Occasional errands and small tasks to support property operations

- Lives locally and can be on-site every Monday morning
Compensation
$25-$30 per hour5–10 hours per week
Flexible scheduling outside Monday morning requirement.
