If so, this role may be a great fit.  You’ll be the friendly helper who keeps things connected and moving, the person who brings a sense of order and care to the day.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the CEO by organizing daily tasks, priorities, and communication
  • Monitor executive emails and get information where it needs to go
  • Coordinate meetings, schedules, events, and company gatherings
  • Make travel arrangements as needed
  • Handle the administrative side of recruiting and hiring
  • Greet visitors, employees, and vendors with a friendly and professional presence
  • Run local errands when required
  • Keep the office organized, supplied, and running efficiently
  • Ensure a great experience for anyone who interacts with the company
Requirements
  • On-site, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
  • Warm, people-oriented personality with a natural sense of urgency
  • Demonstrated and proven organizational skills and follow-through
  • Comfortable with email, calendars, and standard office software
  • Able to juggle multiple tasks and keep the day moving
