- Support the CEO by organizing daily tasks, priorities, and communication
- Monitor executive emails and get information where it needs to go
- Coordinate meetings, schedules, events, and company gatherings
- Make travel arrangements as needed
- Handle the administrative side of recruiting and hiring
- Greet visitors, employees, and vendors with a friendly and professional presence
- Run local errands when required
- Keep the office organized, supplied, and running efficiently
- Ensure a great experience for anyone who interacts with the company
- On-site, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
- Warm, people-oriented personality with a natural sense of urgency
- Demonstrated and proven organizational skills and follow-through
- Comfortable with email, calendars, and standard office software
- Able to juggle multiple tasks and keep the day moving
