We’re seeking a hands-on Electro-Mechanical Technician who thrives on solving problems, keeping equipment running efficiently, and delivering quality workmanship. In this role, you’ll perform both electrical and mechanical maintenance in a high-precision manufacturing environment where innovation and reliability are key.
As a vital member of our Maintenance Team, you’ll troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production and facility systems, support preventive maintenance programs, drive improvement projects, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure operational excellence every day.
What You'll Do
· Perform electrical and mechanical maintenance, repairs, and upgrades on production and facility systems.
· Troubleshoot equipment issues quickly and effectively to maintain uptime.
· Conduct preventive maintenance tasks from the CMMS system (Eptura experience a plus).
· Perform facility repairs including lighting, plumbing, HVAC, compressed air, and fire systems.
· Troubleshoot and repair PLC controls, motors, pumps, chillers, hydraulics, and process piping.
· Collaborate with vendors and cross-functional teams on maintenance and improvement projects.
· Maintain organization and cleanliness of maintenance tools, shop, and equipment.
What You Bring
· 3–5 years of experience across buildings and equipment, covering electrical, HVAC, plumbing, carpentry and industrial control systems.
· Hands-on experience with preventive maintenance and troubleshooting industrial automation equipment.
· Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.
· Skilled with hand and power tools; forklift or scissor lift experience preferred.
· Familiarity with a facilities management/work order software (Eptura CMMS a plus).
· Ability to follow defined work instructions and complete tasks or projects independently.
· Excellent communication, time management, and teamwork skills.
· Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
