Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled, dependable and highly experienced HVAC Service Technician to maintain, diagnose and repair residential and/or commercial heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. The ideal candidate has strong troubleshooting skills, customer service experience, and a commitment to quality workmanship.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair HVAC systems, including air conditioners, furnaces, heat pumps, and ventilation systems
- Perform routine maintenance on residential and commercial HVAC equipment
- Test and calibrate HVAC systems for proper functionality
- Interpret wiring diagrams and technical manuals
- Communicate effectively with customers to explain repairs, options, and system care
- Complete work orders, service reports, and maintain accurate records
- Comply with all local HVAC codes, safety regulations, and company policies
- Maintain tools and inventory in service vehicle
- Participate in on-call rotation and respond to after-hours service requests
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in confined spaces, attics, crawlspaces, or rooftops
- Comfortable working in varying weather conditions
- Standing, bending, kneeling, and climbing ladders for extended periods

Pay: $62,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
