What You'll Do
As a Manufacturing Operator, you’ll be responsible for operating equipment and performing tasks across various production areas, including:
- Stamping & Welding- Punch press setup, belt welding, hole punching, and belt slitting
- Covers- Applying cover materials, adhesive bonding, grinding, and machining
- Profiling- Injection molding, profile modification, welding, and BFX slitting
- Extrusion- Operating extrusion equipment for BFX and M belts
- CNC Machining- CNC and waterjet machining, ATN hole punching
What You Bring
- Understanding and following verbal and written directions
- Attention to detail; high demand on the quality of your own work
- Perform repetitive tasks with constant quality and productivity
- Using calibers and basic measurement tolerances to products
- Able to read and write simple instructions and documentation
- Comfortable performing shop-level calculations as needed for measurements and production tasks
- Must be able to lift 49lbs. to waist height
- Standing all day (90% of shift) with ability to move about the manufacturing area
- Manual dexterity
- Hand eye coordination
- Manufacturing Environment, inclusive of varying tempatures
- Salary Range: $19/hr-$21/hr (based on experience)
