You’ll also play a key role in resolving order issues and collaborating directly with customers to provide exceptional service. What You’ll Do
- Accurately process customer purchase orders using our ERP system
- Verify part numbers, pricing, and lead times to ensure order accuracy
- Communicate with customers to clarify order details and resolve discrepancies
- Coordinate with production and purchasing to fulfill order requirements
- Issue work orders, purchase orders, and pre-shipment paperwork
- Support internal teams to meet order entry goals and deadlines
- Maintain organized digital records and documentation
- Demonstrate ISO 9001 standards through consistent, high-quality work
What You Bring
- Experience in a customer-facing or order processing role
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and ERP platforms (SAGE preferred)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting outside sales or key accounts
- Familiarity with manufacturing or industrial components
- Knowledge of inventory and purchasing systems
- Technical aptitude and ability to learn product specifications
