Days position Mon-Fri
Breckenridge Trucking, Inc. is currently seeking a full-time well-qualified dispatch assistant to support the operations team by communicating with customers and drivers as well as data entry. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
-Monitoring active loads and updating stop information.
-Ensuring compliance with company policies and transportation regulations.
-Enter load information into TMW dispatch system.
-Answer and manage a multi-line phone system.
-Develop and maintain professional relationships with each driver and customer to ensure their needs are met by the company.
-Manage high volumes of data entry and troubleshoot technical issues.
Qualifications:
-Must have basic computer skills
-Must have basic DOT regulation knowledge
-Proficiency in GPS tracking systems and Transportation Management Systems (TMS)
-Strong attention to detail
-Excellent communication and organizational skills
-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
-Proficient in typing
-Must pass a pre-employment drug screen
-Professional and reliable work ethic
-Must be punctual and reliable
-High school diploma or GED
