Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced, skilled, and dependable Aluminum Welder to join our team at a competitive pay rate. This position involves MIG and TIG welding aluminum components and structures in vessels ranging from 40'-200'. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented team player who will show up on time, work independently or as part of a team, and takes pride in producing high-quality work.
Duties
- Perform aluminum MIG welding on plate seams, extrusions, and pipe
- Execute vertical and horizontal welds to company quality standards
- Inspect welds for quality, appearance, and structural integrity
- Document areas of personally completed work
- Follow all company safety procedures and maintain a clean work area
- Communicate effectively with supervisors, welders, and other fabrication team members
Qualifications
- Proven experience with aluminum welding.
- Skilled in MIG welding/TIG welding.
- Ability to repeatably show up on time.
- Proficient in using hand tools, power tools, welding machines, plasma cutters, and heavy equipment.
