Position Summary
Breakthrough is seeking a Summer 2027 intern for the Marketing team. This internship will provide direct exposure to B2B marketing as the intern assists in Breakthrough's day-to-day marketing operations, works on a strategic project to elevate our brand position, and develops valuable, forward-thinking content for use in establishing brand awareness and generating sales qualified leads.
U.S. Venture’s Internship Program runs May - August 2027. Dates may vary based on individual class schedules. This position will be located at the Breakthrough Office in Green Bay, WI.
Job Responsibilities

U.S. Venture will not offer sponsorship for employment status (including, but not limited to, H-1B, TN, E-3, F1, CPT, OPT, STEM OPT, visa status and other employment‑based nonimmigrant visas) for this position. - Assist the team with various marketing activities such as social media, website analytics, and advertising.
- Copywriting for various content pieces such as digital advertising, the Breakthrough blog, conference collateral, infographics, email marketing, and other miscellaneous marketing materials.
- Assist with planning and executing Breakthrough's annual client event, The Mercury Group.
- Assist with planning and executing Breakthrough team events.
- Pursuing a bachelor's degree in marketing or related field.
- Team player with an innovative, creative, and data-driven approach to work.
- Self-motivation and intellectual curiosity.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Heightened attention to detail.
