Evaluate patients and create individualized plans of care

Qualifications
Requirements:
Licensed Physical Therapist (or ability to obtain licensure in the state of practice)
Passion for evidence-based, patient centered care
CPR and first aid certification required
About
Compensation: $85,000 - $100,000 based on experience inclusive of productivity incentives, with additional compensation opportunities for certifications and location differentials. Benefits include generous paid time off, medical, dental, vision, disability, and 401(K) with a 4% employer match.
