Compensation ranges from $87,000-$106,000 annually, based on experience, productivity incentives, certifications, and location-based compensation adjustments. The advertised compensation range includes a $10,000 annual Float PT stipend available while serving in the Float Physical Therapist role. Responsibilities
What You’ll Do
- Evaluate and treat patients in an outpatient orthopedic physical therapy setting
- Develop individualized plans of care focused on functional outcomes
- Deliver evidence-based physical therapy interventions and patient education
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across multiple clinic locations
- Build strong relationships with patients, referral sources, and clinical partners
- Help patients achieve meaningful improvements in mobility, function, and quality of life
- Licensed Physical Therapist (DPT or equivalent) or eligible for North Carolina licensure
- Passion for outpatient orthopedics and patient-centered care
- CPR and First Aid Certification required
- Ability and willingness to travel between clinic locations throughout the Greater Raleigh region
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
