BreakThrough Physical Therapy, a proud partner of Confluent Health, is seeking a Part-Time Physical Therapist to join our growing outpatient orthopedic and sports medicine clinic in Fayetteville, NC. Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat patients in an outpatient orthopedic physical therapy setting
- Develop individualized plans of care utilizing evidence-based treatment approaches
- Deliver hands-on, patient-centered care through therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, movement analysis, and patient education
- Treat a variety of conditions including orthopedic injuries, post-operative cases, sports medicine injuries, balance disorders, and vestibular conditions
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans to achieve meaningful clinical outcomes
- Collaborate with physicians, healthcare providers, and clinical team members to optimize patient recovery and satisfaction

Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or equivalent.
- Current Physical Therapist license in North Carolina or ability to obtain licensure
- Passion for evidence-based, patient-centered care
- CPR and First Aid Certification
- Experience in outpatient orthopedics, sports medicine, manual therapy, or vestibular rehabilitation is preferred but not required
