Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) is a therapy based on the science of behavior and learning. Positive reinforcement strategies are the main strategy used in ABA. The therapy provided here at Breakthrough ABA is child-centered as we help them develop life skills and instill confidence. We work in the clinic, in the home, and on-site at school.

What You’ll Do:

As a Behavior Technician, you’ll work 1:1 with children with autism spectrum disorder, helping them build essential life skills through evidence-based ABA therapy. You’ll be supported by an experienced clinical team and receive paid training to become certified if not already licensed.

Minimum Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED (required for licensing)
• RBAI or RBT certification (or willingness to complete paid training)
