Position Overview
We’re looking for a Project Manager to join our growing team and oversee the day-to-day coordination of multiple client projects—from concept to completion. This person will serve as the operational backbone of our firm, ensuring deadlines are met, deliverables move efficiently through creative and production workflows, and communication between clients and internal teams stays sharp and seamless.
The ideal candidate is a proactive multitasker who thrives in fast-paced environments, understands political or issue-based communications, and takes pride in flawless execution.
Responsibilities
- Manage timelines, deliverables, and priorities across multiple campaigns and clients.
- Serve as the primary internal point of contact for project status, schedules, and task ownership.
- Coordinate between strategy, creative, media buying, and production teams to ensure projects run smoothly.
- Track budgets, invoices, and vendor coordination for each client engagement.
- Prepare and maintain project trackers, calendars, and client update summaries.
- Anticipate roadblocks and proactively resolve issues before they affect delivery.
- Assist in drafting scopes of work, proposals, and project briefs.
- Support client communication by scheduling check-ins, documenting meeting notes, and ensuring follow-up actions are completed.
Qualifications
- 3–6 years of experience in project management, campaign operations, or agency account coordination (political, communications, or creative agency experience preferred).
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing deadlines.
- Familiarity with advertising or political campaign processes
- A collaborative mindset and solutions-oriented attitude.
