Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Pastry Chef, located in Greencastle, IN. Opportunity for advancement. The Assistant Pastry Chef will assist in preparing a variety of baked goods, including, muffins, danish, cookies, cakes and other pastries, while maintaining our high-quality standards. Pastry experience in a fast-paced production environment is strongly preferred. Daily responsibilities include executing baking and pastry techniques, overseeing the kitchen's cleanliness and safety, and ensuring consistency in product presentation. Additional tasks include supporting new offerings, managing the 6 person pastry team and adhering to food safety and sanitation protocols.

Qualifications
- Experience in Bakery operations, Baking techniques, and Food Preparation
- Proficiency baking/mixing with a strong knowledge of pastry arts
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment
