Bridges Craft Pizza & Wine Bar is a European inspired restaurant featuring a hand crafted wood fired pizza oven imported from Naples, Italy. We feature Neapolitan style pizzas, in-house made pastas, fresh salads, and many other items made from scratch.
We are looking for self motivated and driven individuals to fill the following positions.
Dishwasher/ Pastry Apprentice - experience encouraged but not required. We are prepared to train the right candidate.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Strong commitment to culinary arts
- Desire to learn and grow daily
- Ability to work well with others and strong teamwork skills
- Ability to lead and inspire those around you
- New product development
- Previous pastry experience is a plus
Qualifications
- Possesses an eye for detail and can execute standards accordingly
- Basic Communication Skills
- Ability to manage with minimal supervision
- Must be flexible and able to work holidays and weekends
- Must be willing to relocate or commute daily to Greencastle, Indiana
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
