**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a skilled line cooks who will be responsible for preparing and creating all of the dishes on our menu, and assisting with kitchen operations.
**Duties:**
- Daily preparation of ingredients for cooking
- Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations
- Ensure food is cooked to appropriate temperatures and quality standards
- Plating of all meals as outlined/instructed
- Assist with invenory management and stock rotation
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
**Experience:**
The successful candidate should possess the following skills and experience:
- Experience as line/prep cook preferred
- Experience and knowledge of kitchen equipment including but not limited to, knives, slicers, mixers, ovens, stoves, panini presses, and fryer
- Familiarity with fast casual kitchen operations and hospitality industry practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards
