Role Description
We are seeking a skilled Construction Estimator to join our on-site team in Hartford, CT. This is a full-time role responsible for preparing accurate project estimates, performing quantity take-offs, managing project costs, and coordinating budgets. Collaboration with project stakeholders, effective communication, and an understanding of construction processes will be key to success in this role.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Construction Estimating and conducting Quantity Take-offs
- Strong knowledge in Budgeting and Cost Management
- Effective Communication skills to work with project stakeholders
- Familiarity with estimation and project management software tools
- A bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred
- Attention to detail and ability to analyze project specifications and requirements
- Experience working in the construction industry or a related field
