Responsible for ensuring timely communication with members, accurate document handling, loan funding, and consistent tracking and reporting.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Send first-contact emails to members to initiate the loan process and request required documentation, if needed.
- Review outgoing and incoming loan documents to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance before sending them to members and upon receipt.
- Identify missing, incorrect, or incomplete documentation and take corrective action.
- Fund all approved loans, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal policies and procedures.
- Ensures loan documents are filed and scanned in electronic data storage system. Forwards to appropriate department for filing with applicable agencies.
- Work collaboratively with online loan processors and officers and support teams to resolve exceptions, discrepancies, and member inquiries.
- Maintain and update tracking spreadsheets to accurately reflect loan status and progress while monitoring and managing the Lending Support queue, and additional reports, ensuring all loan-related activity is properly documented and tracked.
- Maintains working knowledge of regulatory compliance related to member services and financial services area to include (but not limited to): BSA reporting requirements, OFAC, USA Patriot ACT, Red Flags, Regulation CC, Regulation D, Regulation E, Truth in Savings, Truth in Lending, Privacy, etc.
- Other duties as assigned.

Position Requirements
- Minimum one year of lending experience preferred.
- A high school education or GED required.
- Ability to work regular full-time hours.
- Ability to work on-site at designated location.
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage high volumes of work and meet daily deadlines
- Ability to communicate with courtesy, tact, and diplomacy and model exemplary member service.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software applications.
- Must be bondable
- Must be able to sit and/or stand for extended periods of time (6 to 7 hours per day).
- Must be able to view a computer screen, use a keyboard to enter information, and manipulate a mouse.
- Job includes some repetitive hand/wrist motions.
- Ability to operate office machinery.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
