Job Description
Performs professional technical work for workforce programs administered by Workforce
Solutions Brazos Valley. Work involves administrative review, monitoring review of all
subcontractors, auditing data from subcontractors and reviewing compliance for professional
development. Preparing all necessary reports related to work reviewed. Monitors using local
and state developed systems for various workforce programs. Works under minimum supervision
using initiative and independent judgment. Reports directly to the Workforce Program Manager
and through supervisory channels to the Executive Director.
Duties and Responsibilities

Experience in writing, program compliance, auditing, contract management, budgeting, and
administration management. Graduation from an accredited two-year or four-year college or
university with associate or bachelors degree.
Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities

regulations, and policies; and of related legislative and legal practices and procedures.
Skill in the use of standard office equipment and software.
Ability to handle high-level administrative and contract issues, to analyze and solve
work-related problems and to communicate effectively. Ability to collect, analyze, and
interpret technical information; to understand and follow instructions; to interpret policies
and procedures.
Salary Range
$20.00 to $22.00 per hour depending on qualifications (DOQ)

- Reviews training provider error reports and provides corrective action training. Visits
records to ensure compliance with eligibility policies and procedures.
- Conducts fraud investigations according to program rules.
- Create program analysis to support program performance.
- Prepare reports and recommendations regarding monitoring outcomes.
- Reviews required professional development for compliance of programs.
- Provides technical assistance in the development, preparation, and amendment of

- Evaluates and monitor program practices.
- Gatekeeper of Workforce Solutions Brazos Valley Board retention of records.
- Prepare presentations and present information to a variety of audiences, conduct
